The Lodge

The Lodge is situated centrally on the Thornbridge site and sleeps 32 including 4 staff.

The building has 9 bedrooms with a mixture of bunk-beds and single beds sleeping up to 6 in a room. There are showers and also a separate shower/toilet for disabled/staff. All bedding is provided and the building is centrally heated.

In addition the Lodge has a separate classroom/meeting room and a drying room/outdoor kit store.

 

The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with catering size utensils, small microwave, freezer, fridge, large catering cooker and grill.

The Farm

The Farm is a Grade 2 listed 19th Century building with a charming roundhouse and sleeps 29 including 4 staff.

The building has 7 bedrooms which are a mixture of bunk-beds and single beds sleeping up to 6 in a room. There are showers and one of the bedrooms is en-suite. All bedding is provided and the building is centrally heated.

The Farm has a kitchen and pantry which is fully equipped with catering size utensils, small microwave, freezer, fridge, large catering cooker and grill.

There is a dining room/meeting room next to the kitchen.

The Camp

The Camp is a beautifully situated and well sheltered flat camp site that will accommodate up to 40 people (larger groups by arrangement). It is available for group bookings such as The Duke of Edinburgh's Award groups, school groups, youth and adult groups and can also be used for meeting or training purposes.

It has showers, toilets, washbasins with hot/cold water and an outside covered area for washing up.

An added attraction of The Camp is the option of booking the Camp Block which has a kitchen and pantry which is fully equipped with catering size utensils, commercial dishwasher, small microwave, freezer, fridge, large catering cooker and grill. The Camp also has a separate dining room which can seat up to 40 comfortably (contact us if you wish to bring a larger group.)
