Thornbridge Outdoors can provide programmes designed specifically to meet the needs and requirements of your group.
Here are some examples of programmes recently designed for Higher Education / PGCE groups:

Induction / Team Development programmes – This can be a single or multi day programme where the focus is on team development and learning styles.
- Risk Management programme – engaging students in assessing and managing risk. This could be part of a HND / degree course if appropriate.
- Educational Visits Training – practical activities and guidance on the planning, preparation and implementation of educational visits.
- Geography Fieldwork – this could include environmental practical activities within the grounds of Thornbridge or off-site in the Peak District National Park.
- Study weekends - combine your studies with outdoor activities.
- Practical skills based programme in outdoor activities (such as rock climbing and hill walking, caving).
- Delivery of training and assessment courses for National Governing Body Awards in Rock Climbing (SPA), Mountaineering (ML), Caving (LCMLA), Mountain Biking (OTC), and First Aid (REC).
