Personal & Team Development at Thornbridge Outdoors

The 55 acre site is an ideal environment for development training activities. Due to our location, we can also easily incorporate off-site activities into day or multi-day programmes.

We can design and deliver a programme to meet your objectives – whether the emphasis is on developing teamwork, communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving or simply having fun!

Recent courses include INSET days for whole school and university staff, team development for BT graduate intake, Year 11 / 12 induction programmes incorporating Key Skills, and residential team development courses for a range of other organizations.

The site, including use of equipment, a meeting room and instruction can also be made available to groups resident elsewhere.
