• A campsite and Base Camp building for up to 40 people with toilets, showers and use of a kitchen and dining room that can seat 60
• One 32 amp and two 16 amp electricity points (standard caravan/campervan sockets) on the main field, perfect to provide power to a marquee (you would need to bring your own extension cables)
• 9 Teepees that each sleep 5 children or 3 adults (Spring-Autumn only)
• Outside sinks
• Outside drinking taps
• 30 acres of grounds
• 850m of onsite cycle trails
• Optional onsite activities including an indoor bouldering wall room, outside boulder, high and low ropes courses (additional charges apply)

Prices

A majority site booking includes the Lodge, Farm House, Base Camp, Campsite, Teepees, Wyedale/Lathkill rooms, and Yurt (the Cheedale room is not included because it is our training room).  A weekend majority site booking is from Friday evening to Sunday evening.

• 3rd January 2020-13th February 2020 – £3,150 per weekend (Doesn’t include teepees)
• 14th February 2020-29th March 2020 – £3,940 per weekend (Doesn’t include teepees)
• 30th March 2020-31st August 2020 – £4,137 per weekend

You can also book Woodlands and 2 The Woodlands Cottage to make it a whole site booking and get a 10% discount off the price of both of these two accommodation buildings.  This is a popular option for events such as a wedding reception or private event.
