Thornbridge Outdoors is run by Sheffield City Council and provides outdoor and environmental activities for groups. In addition to Sheffield educational establishments, we welcome enquiries from non-Sheffield schools, youth groups and other organizations seeking a day / residential base in an excellent location.

Along with it’s Outdoor Education, Outdoor Leader Courses, Events and Planning, and Management Centre, Thornbridge Outdoors is licensed with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (Licence No: R0740) for the following activities: hill walking and mountaineering, rock climbing, abseiling, caving, kayaking, open canoeing (inland and sheltered tidal water) and off road cycling.
