Get out in The Peak: the BMC Youth Climbing Meet 2017
The BMC and DMM are teaming up to give youngsters the opportunity to take the step from indoor to out, with the first youth meet weekend being organised at the Climbers’ Club hut, The Downes Hut, located just beneath the excellent gritstone edge, Froggatt.
Organised for young climbers (12-17-years-old), wanting to make the step from indoor walls to getting outside on the crags, as well as those who already have some outdoor climbing experience, it is a great opportunity to enjoy some classic trad routes under the watchful eye of experienced climbers.
