Outdoor First Aid (late availability)
A course focusing on first aid in the outdoors environment that satisfy the requirements of most outdoor National Governing Body Awards.16 hours of tuition, developing skills throughout this period based on situation assessment and casualty examination. £120 (discount available to re-validations and Sheffield Schools).
British Cycling Level 2 Mountain Bike Leader Award Training
A course which enables qualified leaders to use their experience to safely guide others on off-road terrain. Ideal for anyone with experience in mountain biking, who is either working in the outdoor sector, volunteering at a club or simply has a personal interest in gaining additional skills.
Mountain Training – Expedition Skills Module
This is an optional module available to walking leaders and ideal for those involved with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and/or Ten Tors training (among other things) as the skills covered apply to expeditions using commercial campsites as well as wild camping.

27th February: Outdoor Learning Cards (developed by the OEAP) cover 4 main areas: team building, orienteering, bouldering and journeying. Feedback from schools is that they are a great resource for encouraging and improving the provision of high quality outdoor activities in schools. Discounts available to Sheffield Schools.
9th February: We have a few places left on our Combined Low Ropes & Biking Leader course. Free if your school has a residential bundle booking with us and from £30 if not.
